Associated Students of Madison (ASM) Grants

ASM is your first-stop for any funding needs. Any RSOs in good standing with the Center for Leadership & Involvement are eligible to apply. There are four types of grants: Event Grant, Travel Grant, Operations Grant, and Open Fund

Chancellor's Fund Event Grants

Note: RSOs can apply for these Chancellor’s Fund Event Grants only if:

  1. The RSO has already received an ASM Event Grant for an event that semester, -OR-

  2. The RSO has already applied for an ASM Event Grant for a program that semester and is on the wait list for an ASM hearing, -OR-

  3. The RSO ONLY seeks funding for something ASM cannot fund (e.g. food or a closed event), -OR-

  4. ASM is out of funds for the academic year

 

Assembly of International Students (AIS)

Offers two types of grants to promote cultural awareness and understanding: Individual Event grants and Collaborative Event grants.

Multicultural Council (MCC)

Offers grants for programs that speak to the needs and concerns of students of color and their allies

Roy G. Biv Grant

Offers grants to those who create educational, professional, social, and support spaces for students across the intersections of LGBTQ identities and experiences.

Offers grants for programs that contribute to student learning and the Wisconsin Experience through their programs.
